What it does

Everything the church office carries, in one place.

Ten areas, built and running today. Nothing on this page is a roadmap promise.

Services, followed live

Build the order of service ahead of time — hymns, readings, who is assigned to which part. On Sunday the congregation follows along on their phones, in step with what is happening at the front.

Member management

Every record and household in one directory. Bulk-import your existing list from a CSV, keep families grouped as families, and see birthdays without hunting for them.

Groups

Home groups, youth, choir, women's fellowship. Each appointed leader gets a workspace scoped to their own group and nobody else's.

Messaging

Write to one group or the whole church. An inbox keeps the thread on both ends, so a message is never just gone.

Finance management

Ledgers, categories and transactions in your own currency. Summary reports, a statement for any member, and a receipt you can print.

Notifications

A push notification opens the exact event or thread it is about — not a vague alert that leaves someone searching.

Events

Church-wide, or scoped to a single group, each with a map location so nobody arrives at the wrong gate.

Hymn library

Hymns that drop straight into an order of service. No retyping lyrics late on a Saturday night.

Prayer wall

A request goes up, others mark that they are praying, and it closes when the prayer is answered.

Documents, both ways

The office files a certificate against a member's record. The member sends one back from their phone.

The assistant

Theos submits to your doctrine.

Every other church AI answers from generic training. Theos answers from your church's own declared position on 33 doctrinal questions — and is instructed that your profile overrides its training.

The same question Does our church baptise infants, or wait until someone believes?
Answered from your profile

Your church baptises the infant children of believing members, as a sign of God's covenant promise. Baptism is followed later by a public profession of faith at confirmation. This is set out in Article 6 of your statement of faith.

Answered from your profile

Your church practises believer's baptism only. Baptism follows a personal profession of faith, at any age old enough to understand it. Infants are dedicated, not baptised. Speak with your pastor about when someone is ready.

Nothing declared yet

Your church has not recorded an official position on this. It is a pastoral matter best discussed directly — please speak with Pastor Rai or one of the elders.

Theos answers questions. It does not write sermons. It is there for members and staff asking what the church believes — not a tool for drafting sermons, prayers or teaching. Preparing and preaching the message stays with your pastors.

Your congregation

Your members never sign up. You already did that part.

No accounts to create, no passwords to choose, no invite emails sitting unread. Add a name and a phone number once, and that is all it takes.

1

You add a member

Their name and the phone number you already have on file.

2

They open the app

They enter that same number. Nothing to invent, nothing to forget.

3

They are in

Their groups, their services, their prayer wall — already waiting.

Only your church's people can get in.

Because you hold the list, there is no open sign-up form for a stranger to fill in. If a name and number are not in your records, the app does not let them through — the same way someone cannot simply walk up and join the membership roll.

If a member changes their number, update it from the dashboard. That is the whole process.

What members can do.

  • Follow the order of service live, from their seat
  • Submit a prayer request, or mark that they are praying
  • See their group's events on a map
  • Open a notification straight to the thing it is about
  • Send a document to the office from their phone

Do members need an email address?

No. Sign-in is by phone number only — there is no email step anywhere.

What if someone is not on the list?

Add them from the dashboard. Sign-in works the same day.

Will members get texts or emails?

Not yet. Notifications arrive as push notifications in the app, and everything lands in their inbox there.

Can finance run in our currency?

Yes. Ledgers, statements and receipts all use whichever currency your church sets.
